A technical interview, not an interrogation
Run by someone who does the work, on real cases. You are allowed to say « I don't know »: that is a useful answer, and it disqualifies nobody.
It is the easiest promise to keep and the rarest in this trade. Every application gets a reply, and the reply says why. The rest of this page explains what happens between the two.
Our commitments
Run by someone who does the work, on real cases. You are allowed to say « I don't know »: that is a useful answer, and it disqualifies nobody.
You will know who you are going to see, what for, and with which team. Nobody should sit an interview without knowing whose door they are walking through.
The range is stated up front. If it does not suit you, we have saved each other three interviews.
Your file goes to no company before you have said yes to that company, by name. It is a principle, not a favour.
The trades
Infrastructure and service work. If your trade is not on this list, write anyway: we would rather tell you no clearly than leave you without an answer.
The sequence
A CV is enough. A cover letter is not required; three lines on what you are looking for are worth more than a page of formalities.
What you do today, what you want to do next, your real constraints — travel, languages, notice period, salary. Frankly, in both directions.
An hour, with a technician. Situations you will actually meet, not riddles. You get our write-up whether the answer is yes or no.
We tell you who, what for, and on what terms. You say yes or no. Without your yes, nothing goes out.
Within 5 working days of each client interview. If they are slow at their end, we tell you so rather than leave you waiting in silence.
Your data
A CV is personal data. It is treated as such.
A request about your data takes a plain e-mail, and is handled within thirty days.
Send it anyway. Not every role we open is published, and most placements start with an application that arrived too early.
