Collection
We come on site, pack and take it away. An inventory is drawn up as it leaves your premises: make, model, serial number.
Laptops, desktops, servers, switches, drives: we collect them, we erase or destroy what they hold, and we hand you a certificate for every device. What can still be used is refurbished; the rest is recycled through the legal channel.
One contact, from the first engineer placed with you to the last drive destroyed.
What we do
You do not have to sort anything: we take an inventory on arrival, device by device, and each item goes the way that suits it.
We come on site, pack and take it away. An inventory is drawn up as it leaves your premises: make, model, serial number.
Software erasure using a recognised method (NIST 800-88), or physical destruction of the drives if you prefer. One certificate per device: your evidence under the GDPR.
What still works is tested, cleaned and restored. As you choose, it is bought back, resold, or donated to a school or a charity.
What can no longer be used goes to the approved electronic-waste channel. Nothing ends up in a skip, nothing leaves the country untracked.
How it works
At every step you know where your equipment is, and who has it.
The type of equipment, the rough quantity and the address. The form below is enough; a photo by email helps.
Within two working days: the collection date, what we buy back, what we charge, and who processes the equipment.
On site, on the agreed date. The inventory is signed by both sides before the van leaves.
The erasure or destruction certificate for every serial number, and the recycling note for the rest.
The form
An estimate is enough: we count ourselves on arrival.
What you receive
Depending on the volume and type of equipment, processing is carried out by Response8 or by a partner approved for electronic waste. Either way, we tell you who before the collection.
Tell us the date: we organise the collection so that nothing is left lying in empty offices.
