Answer
Everyone, including to say no, including when the answer is unwelcome. A call with no reply costs more trust than bad news delivered on time.
Most of what gets held against IT providers is not technical. It is about silence: the call with no reply, the quote that never comes, the ticket left sitting. Response8 came out of that observation.
The name
Response, because that is the first commitment: we call back. The word reads the same in English, French and Dutch — that was not an accident.
Eight, because it is the figure that closes: two linked rings, with no beginning and no end. It is what support is supposed to be, not stopping at the edge of the ticket, and it is the shape of a well-built network — a loop, so that a break cuts nothing off.
The two nodes drawn on the mark are not decoration: on a network diagram, that is how you mark a connection point. So the logo says exactly what the company does.
Smart IT. Steady solutions
Our principles
They are easy to write and hard to keep. Which is precisely why they are written down.
Everyone, including to say no, including when the answer is unwelcome. A call with no reply costs more trust than bad news delivered on time.
What is written nowhere does not exist. An addressing plan, a procedure, a ticket note: writing is half the trade, and the half that gets skipped when everyone is in a hurry.
Credentials, inventories, documentation: it all belongs to you and is handed over on request, without negotiation. A client held in place by their own passwords is not a loyal client.
To what we cannot do, to a deadline we would not meet, to a hire outside our field. We would rather lose the work than deliver it badly.
Our ground
We work across the Benelux, on site and remotely. A visit is justified when hands are needed; the rest goes far better from a desk, and costs less.
Every job we do, every write-up and every interview happens equally well in English, French or Dutch. This site is the simplest demonstration of it: you are reading these lines in the language you picked at the top of the page.
Identity
A company that asks for your administrator credentials should be able to say who it is. These details will be completed and kept current here.

That is the right way. Give us one measurable thing first — an audit, a role to fill, a month of support — and see what happens.
